3. Protection of Client IP & Confidential Information

  • We agree not to record, use, or disclose any confidential or proprietary information shared by participants outside the training context.

  • Any business examples, proprietary workflows, or sensitive data shared remain the intellectual property of the client or participant.

4. Reciprocal Protection Agreement

  • Both parties agree to respect each other’s intellectual property and confidential information.

  • We protect your confidential business information, and in return, you agree to protect our games, frameworks, and training materials.

  • Neither party will use the other’s intellectual property for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

5. Training Environment, Recording & AI Tools

  • Use of AI Tools by Learning Games LLC: We may use AI-powered transcription, summarization, or co-facilitation tools during training sessions to improve the learning experience and provide participants with better resources. These tools are used in a confidential and secure manner. Any transcripts or summaries generated will only be shared with participants (unless otherwise agreed).

  • No Unauthorized Recordings: Participants are not permitted to record, photograph, or redistribute training sessions without prior written permission.

  • Confidentiality Safeguards: If AI tools are used to transcribe or assist, confidential information shared by participants will not be disclosed outside the training context. We take reasonable steps to ensure AI providers meet industry security standards.

  • Mutual Consent: If participants wish to use their own AI or recording tools (e.g., note-taking AI apps), this must be discussed and agreed to before the session.
